Position Overview: MacArthur High School is seeking a Varsity Position Coach with varsity level experience.  Looking for a defensive coach or best fit.  2nd sport- Open: Possible Head Track Coach. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and conducting daily practices and training sessions  Support game-day operations, including strategy, player management, and logistics. Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, promoting academic and personal growth. Help monitor athlete performance and contribute to conditioning and injury prevention programs.
