MacArthur HS Football Coach- Varsity Level Position Coach (Possible Head Track)

Position Overview:

MacArthur High School is seeking a Varsity Position Coach with varsity level experience.  Looking for a defensive coach or best fit.  2nd sport- Open: Possible Head Track Coach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and conducting daily practices and training sessions 
• Support game-day operations, including strategy, player management, and logistics.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, promoting academic and personal growth.
• Help monitor athlete performance and contribute to conditioning and injury prevention programs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with coaching staff, athletic trainers, and school administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Texas Teaching Certification
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• CDL/CPR/First Aid certification. (Must be willing to obtain- CDL)

Teaching Field:

• Math/English
• Possible: Science/SS/Sped

O Years Experience- 62,618

Football Stipend- 7,000

2nd sport- 5,500

Total:  75,118

+ CDL Cert- Bus pay 

Coaches have added 3,000 to 4,000 extra
