Hillcrest High School in Dallas ISD is seeking a girls assistant coach, sport assignment to be best fit. Biggest needs include girls basketball and softball. Possibilities include girls track, girls flag football, girls wrestling, golf and swimming. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and conducting daily practices and training sessions  Support game-day operations, including strategy, player management, and logistics. Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, promoting academic and personal growth. Help monitor athlete performance and contribute to conditioning and injury prevention programs. Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with coaching staff, athletic trainers, and school administration. Head Girls Coach Stipend:  $8,000 CDL Eligibility Bonus:  $1,000 ($500/semester) Extremely competitive program with consistent district championships and state qualifiers, expect between 40-50 participants grades 9-12 in the 2026-2027 school year.  Phenomenal wrestling practice facility and competition spaces, program boasts a full time girls wrestling head coach and a full time girls wrestling assistant coach position, and program has a 7th & 8th grade MS wrestling vertical alignment which includes a girls wrestling coach position in each of the 3 Coppell middle schools.  Middle school wrestling season run concurrent to the high school season.
