Schulenburg HS is seeking a Head Softball Coach with 2nd sport. The current teaching fields are Math and English. CDL certified or willing to obtain. We need somebody to help grow our softball program. Schulenburg Lady Horns have great tradition in all sports and we want somebody to help our softball program build that tradition in the softball program. Assistant Softball Coach  Experience:  Some experience as a high school assistant coach, knowledge and background to develop, motivate and inspire young players for them to realize individual and team success. Strong hands-on fundamentals knowledge instructs athletes in skills, strategies necessary to achieve success and the ability to act as a role model for the athletic program and school.  Applicant should possess:  Effective coaching techniques /fundamentals and skills. Instruct and demonstrate behaviors that lead to socially acceptable character development, self-discipline, self-confidence, and pride of accomplishment in the student athlete.  Uphold the dignity, honor and integrity of the coaching profession.
