Evant High School is seeking a passionate, student-centered Head Volleyball Coach to lead and grow our volleyball program. We are looking for a motivated leader who values character development, competitive excellence, and building strong relationships with student-athletes, families, and the community.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all aspects of the high school volleyball program
Develop and implement a competitive, skill-based practice plan
Foster a positive team culture built on discipline, accountability, and sportsmanship
Mentor student-athletes in both athletic performance and personal growth
Coordinate offseason training and strength/conditioning opportunities
Collaborate with campus administration and fellow coaches
Maintain compliance with UIL and district policies
