Email Resumes to taneisha.rogers@cfisd.net The Assistant Volleyball Coach will work alongside the Head Volleyball Coach to build and sustain a championship-caliber program that reflects the values and expectations of Cypress Springs Athletics. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who is passionate about teaching, developing fundamentals, and creating a culture centered around discipline, accountability, toughness, and team-first mentality. Essential Responsibilities Program Development Teach and develop fundamental volleyball skills consistent with the program's philosophy. Assist in planning and conducting daily practices that are organized, purposeful, and competitive. Support all levels of the volleyball program (Freshman, JV, and Varsity) to ensure continuity throughout the program. Scout opponents and assist with game preparation and strategy.

Plan practices, fitness & conditioning of the athletes and provide a positive energetic environment for athletes to succeed in the classroom and on the court. Also, participate in the overall success of the program, and connection with the feeder schools and community.
