A relentless recruiter and builder of culture, the head coach is responsible for leading, guiding, and mentoring the women's volleyball program in a positive Christian manner, including compliance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and American Southwest Conference (ASC) regulations. The coach accepts and delegates tasks from the Director of Athletics and Assistant Director of Athletics. Bangs is looking for a Head Girls’ Volleyball Coach that is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the girls’ volleyball program, including athlete development, coaching staff supervision, program culture, and compliance with UIL and district policies. The coach will promote academic achievement, sportsmanship, and character development while building a competitive and positive volleyball program. Teaching position will be flexible.
