We are seeking a high-energy, passionate Head Track & Field Coach committed to build and grow our track program. This position requires a coach who thrives in a small-school environment, can develop multi-sport athletes, and is dedicated to creating a culture of effort, toughness, and team pride. Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the track & field program (7–12)
Plan and implement efficient, well-organized practices that maximize development across all event areas
Teach fundamentals and technique for sprints, distance, jumps, and throws with an emphasis on overall athletic development
Set clear expectations for effort, attitude, discipline, and accountability
