About the job The Role The Padel Collective (TPC) seeks a full-time Director of Padel (DOP) to join the team on-site in Austin, TX by end of Q2 2026. The DOP will interact with Assistant Director of Padel, General Manager and Founding Team and should possess an early-stage growth mindset.
