Position: Assistant Tennis Coach
Program Overview: Lake Travis High School is a premier 6A program in Central Texas with a strong tradition of athletic excellence and academic achievement. The baseball program has a proud history of competing at the highest levels in the district and postseason, producing skilled, disciplined student-athletes who excel both on and off the field. We seek passionate, high-character coaches committed to player development, academic success, and building a championship culture.
Position Summary: Lake Travis High School is seeking a dedicated Assistant Tennis Coach to join our coaching staff. The successful candidate will also serve as a certified Math or Science classroom teacher in Lake Travis ISD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tennis: Lead and support all aspects of the tennis program under the Head Tennis Coach
- Recruit and develop internal LTISD student-athletes across both sports, promoting academic excellence, character building, sportsmanship, and college recruiting opportunities.
- Support program operations for both sports, including team camps, tournaments, facility maintenance, equipment management, and community engagement.
- Serve as a full-time teacher, maintaining high standards in the classroom and fulfilling all professional duties.
- Foster a positive team culture aligned with Lake Travis values: integrity, effort, toughness, and excellence.
