We are seeking an experienced Offensive Line Coach / Possible CO-OC to join our high school football team. Familiarity with zone and gap offensive line schemes is a plus. The ideal candidate will be someone who connects well with students, brings positive energy to the team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Coach Offensive lineman, focusing on technique and strategy. Work with Assistant Oline Coach Collaborate with the offensive coordinator to implement game plans. Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters student-athlete growth. Bachelor's Degree from an approved institution. Or in an alternative cert. program to obtain a valid teaching certificate. The development, instruction, and mentorship of student athletes with a focus on the defensive side of the ball. Including but not contributing and implementing defensive schemes, techniques, film study, strength and conditioning coordination, and leadership development while supporting the overall goals and culture of the football program.  This person must be able to plan and implement a sound public school instructional program.  Must also communicate effectively with students, coworkers and patrons.  This person must keep informed of and comply with state, district, school, and UIL policies and regulations concerning primary job functions.
