Job Title: Junior High Girls Coordinator / Assistant Girls Coach
Position Type: Coaching / Athletics Teaching Field: JH Science, JH/HS Math, Special Education, and Spanish
Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior High Girls Coordinator / Assistant Girls Coach to support the development of our girls’ athletic program. This position plays a key role in mentoring student-athletes, assisting with daily practices, and helping build a positive, competitive, and character-driven team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices, games, and team activities
Related Sports- Volleyball, Basketball, Track and Softball. (Looking for the best fit)
Coordinate junior high girls’ program development to ensure alignment with high school expectations
Teach fundamental skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline
Supervise student-athletes during practices, competitions, and travel
