ROLE AND PURPOSE:
Assist in delivering a quality Softball program that is rooted in education-based values, high expectations, consistency, academic performance, and transformational leadership for all who participate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
Bachelor's degree
Valid Texas teaching certificate
EXPERIENCE:
Softball coaching experience
General knowledge of Softball coaching techniques and procedures
Knowledge of University Interscholastic League (UIL) rules and regulations
Ability to develop, instruct, and supervise student athletes
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)
