Head Softball Coach – Sherman High School  Sherman High School is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Head Softball Coach to lead our Lady Cats program! We’re seeking a coach who will: Build a competitive program focused on excellence on the field and in the classroom Develop student-athletes both athletically and personally Foster a positive team culture rooted in hard work, discipline, and respect Work collaboratively with athletic staff, administration, parents, and the community Qualifications: Previous coaching experience (head or assistant preferred) Strong knowledge of softball fundamentals, strategy, and player development Ability to motivate and mentor high school student-athletes Valid Texas teaching certificate or eligibility  CPR/First Aid, concussion training, and background check required This is a great opportunity to lead a program with strong community support in a growing area north of Dallas.
