Head Softball Coach – Sherman High School 

Sherman High School is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Head Softball Coach to lead our Lady Cats program!

We’re seeking a coach who will:

• Build a competitive program focused on excellence on the field and in the classroom
• Develop student-athletes both athletically and personally
• Foster a positive team culture rooted in hard work, discipline, and respect
• Work collaboratively with athletic staff, administration, parents, and the community

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience (head or assistant preferred)
• Strong knowledge of softball fundamentals, strategy, and player development
• Ability to motivate and mentor high school student-athletes
• Valid Texas teaching certificate or eligibility 
• CPR/First Aid, concussion training, and background check required
