Position Overview The Hightower High School Boys Soccer Program is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and growth-oriented Assistant Boys Soccer Coach to support the continued development and success of our program. This position may serve as a Varsity Assistant and/or Sub-Varsity (JV) Head Coach, depending on experience and staffing needs. We are looking for a coach who aspires to become a head coach in the near future and is eager to grow under the leadership of a veteran head coach within a competitive and purpose-driven athletic department. Above all, we are seeking a transformational coach,  one who is intentional about developing student-athletes not only in technical skill and tactical understanding, but also in character, discipline, leadership, and accountability.
