Position: Head Girls Soccer Coach Location: [Marshall High School / Fort Bend ISD]
Fort Bend Marshall is seeking a passionate, experienced, and leadership-oriented Head Girls Soccer Coach. The ideal candidate will build a competitive program that emphasizes athletic excellence, sportsmanship, and academic achievement. You will oversee all aspects of the girls' soccer program, including the Varsity and Junior Varsity teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Define the vision, strategy, and culture for the entire soccer program.
On-Field Coaching: Plan and execute daily practices focused on skill development and tactics.
Game Management: Manage all game-day operations, strategies, and player substitutions.
Staff Supervision: Hire, mentor, and evaluate assistant and junior varsity coaching staff.
