Position: Head Girls Soccer Coach

Fort Bend Marshall is seeking a passionate, experienced, and leadership-oriented Head Girls Soccer Coach. The ideal candidate will build a competitive program that emphasizes athletic excellence, sportsmanship, and academic achievement. You will oversee all aspects of the girls' soccer program, including the Varsity and Junior Varsity teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Define the vision, strategy, and culture for the entire soccer program.
- On-Field Coaching: Plan and execute daily practices focused on skill development and tactics.
- Game Management: Manage all game-day operations, strategies, and player substitutions.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, mentor, and evaluate assistant and junior varsity coaching staff.
- Student Advocacy: Monitor student-athlete academic progress, behavior, and school attendance.
- Administrative Duties: Manage the team budget, equipment inventory, and uniform distribution.
- Communication: Maintain clear schedules and updates for parents, players, and media.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all players follow medical, physical, and concussion safety protocols
