North Garland Girls Athletics is seeking a motivated, organized, and student-centered Assistant Coach who is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field. Preferred Qualifications High school or middle school coaching experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of  fundamentals, skill development, and player development. Ability to teach and reinforce proper fundamentals at all skill levels. Organized, dependable, motivated, and willing to take initiative. Invested in building positive relationships with student-athletes. Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Understands that education-based athletics is about developing the whole student-athlete, not just winning games.
