Assists with game strategy, scouting, and in-game coaching. Promotes a positive, disciplined team culture focused on sportsmanship, academics, and character development. Helps monitor student-athlete academic progress and eligibility, communicates with parents, and ensures compliance with district and UIL policies. Participates in offseason training, program development, and recruiting efforts at the middle school level.
