We are seeking an Offensive line Coach to join our high school football team. Familiarity with the zone and gap schemes is a plus. The ideal candidate will be someone who connects well with students, brings positive energy to the team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Assist Coaching Offensive Line, focusing on technique and strategy. Collaborate with the offensive coordinator to implement game plans. Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters student-athlete growth. Engage with students in a way that encourages their participation and enthusiasm.

We are seeking an experienced Secondary Coach to join our high school football team. Familiarity with the 4-2-5 defensive scheme is a plus. We are looking for a coach / teacher that can be either a boys or girls coach. Math certification Coaching position is flexible to what your strengths and interests are. High school or Middle school

Standard Flatonia ISD Pay Scale + Stipends per sport + CDL stipend + Summer workouts stipend. Valid Texas Teaching Certificate & a CDL or the ability to obtain are required.
