Job Description

We are seeking an Offensive line Coach to join our high school football team. Familiarity with the zone and gap schemes is a plus. The ideal candidate will be someone who connects well with students, brings positive energy to the team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Coaching Offensive Line, focusing on technique and strategy.

  • Collaborate with the offensive coordinator to implement game plans.

  • Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters student-athlete growth.

  • Engage with students in a way that encourages their participation and enthusiasm.
