Coordinate the program 7th grade thru 12th grade with total control of the scheme.  Performance Coordinator is much like an associate head with responsibilities being the student athlete performance in the class room as well as tracking the weight room progress, and recruiting.  Head Powerlifting responsibility for the boys side , as well as head track coach for the boys side.  Alba Golden is a 4 day a week school with Fridays off.  We work 1 Friday a month This is a great opportunity to gain build a strong defense with some admin responsibilities. 

Bachelor's Degree from an approved institution. Or in an alternative cert. program to obtain a valid teaching certificate. The development, instruction, and mentorship of student athletes with a focus on the defensive side of the ball. Including but not contributing and implementing defensive schemes, techniques, film study, strength and conditioning coordination, and leadership development while supporting the overall goals and culture of the football program.  This person must be able to plan and implement a sound public school instructional program.  Must also communicate effectively with students, coworkers and patrons.  This person must keep informed of and comply with state, district, school, and UIL policies and regulations concerning primary job functions.
