Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coach and develop quarterbacks in mechanics, footwork, throwing technique, decision-making, and leadership.
Assist in planning and implementing offensive game strategies and practice plans.
Analyze game film to improve player and team performance.
Teach offensive terminology, reads, protections, and situational football concepts.
Monitor student-athlete academic progress, behavior, and eligibility.
Promote sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and character development.
Supervise athletes during practices, games, workouts, travel, and team events.
Collaborate with the Head Coach and offensive staff on scouting reports and opponent preparation.
Ensure compliance with district, state athletic association, and school policies.
Maintain a safe and positive environment for all student-athletes.
Assist with offseason conditioning, camps, and summer workouts as assigned.
