HS Football Best Fit / HS Basketball – Howe High School (UIL 3A) District: Howe Independent School District Location: Howe (North of DFW) Teaching Field: Elementary PE Howe ISD is seeking a highly motivated coach to serve as High School Football/Basketball Coach . This position plays a key role in player development, program culture, and alignment from JH to varsity levels. We are looking to hire a high energy intelligent ball coach with background in multiple coverage schemes with the capacity to lead a group of high iq intrinsically motivated athletes with high standards.  

Valley View is located in North Texas right along I-35. We give easy access to the metroplex but far enough away to be a small town. We will be in District 8-3A this realignment. Our basketball team was competitive in most district games this past season and should be a in a good spot to make a run at the playoffs and be a successful program for years to come. JH groups are bigger and have had very good seasons in all sports.  Secondary sports of football and track (everyone coaches track that is not coaching baseball). Valley View offers a very competitive pay scale, stipends per sport, stipend for CDL and a retention bonus at Thanksgiving.  Teaching field is special ed, science or social studies (also possibility of a edginuity monitoring class).
