High school assistant coaching positions include two sports.  This position includes the following: Varsity Assistant football (safeties or best fit) Assistant boys track/basketball/baseball (best fit) Teacher Salary Schedule pays based on years of experience. The recent pay raise approved by the Lubbock ISD school board has increased pay starting at $50,900 for someone with 0 years of experience. + $4,500 coaching stipend + 10 additional contract days at daily rate for all coaches +14-day stipend (equals 14 days at daily rate) Click HERE for information on Lubbock ISD Benefits. Have opening for an offensive assistant football coach working with 9th grade and assist with varsity.  Can be skill position or offensive line (best fit).  Second sport is assistant varsity track.    Teaching field is English, math, Science, CTE.
