Coupland ISD will open our new high school in the 2026-27 school year.  We are looking to expand our coaching staff to build our high school athletic program. Seeking trailblazers to build, grow, and design our programs that will prepare our students for life beyond high school and produce Champions in competitive arenas. $5,000 Signing Stipend $5,000 Girls Coordinator $4,500 Head Coach Stipend Each Sport $2,000 Assistant Coach Stipend Sport $3,000 Special Education Stipend Teacher Incentive Allotment is available to all district teachers. $5,820 - Recognized $11,639 - Exemplary $21,399 - Master (Must meet qualifications) Other sport positions available. 

We are in search of a coach who is certified in 6-12 Math.  Coaching position will be the best fit based on the candidates strengths & our needs.  This could be a boys or a girls coaching position.  This position could also be Head Golf for the right candidate. Standard Flatonia ISD Pay Scale + Stipends per sport + CDL stipend + Summer workouts stipend. Valid Texas Teaching Certificate & a CDL or the ability to obtain are required.
