Position Overview North Lamar is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven educator to join our athletic and academic team as an Assistant Football Coach with a second sport assignment (basketball, track). This individual will play a vital role in developing student-athletes both on and off the field, while contributing to a positive, competitive, and student-centered culture. We have 2 HS, Possible OC Football coaching positions available and 1 MS Football coaching position available. We are in need of a CO-DC with a background in DB's. OC with a Background in QB Development. Plainview High School (in the Texas Panhandle) has just dropped from 5A to 4A. We are in a 4 team district this new realignment. Looking for an energetic and knowledgeable QB coach and Pass Game Coordinator. Prefer a coach with some QB coaching experience or, at the very least, played QB at the college or high school level. Please apply also if you have a Pass Game Coordinator experience, even if you have not coached QBs. The QB coach is responsible for developing QBs from the 7th - 12th grades. If called for an interview, the expectation is to have plans in place to develop QBs at each level. Another expectation is spring QB school/clinic for all program QBs.
