1. POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Athletic Director & Head Baseball Coach is a dual-responsibility leadership role within Legacy Christian Academy Eagle Athletics. The individual in this role serves as a key member of the athletic administration team while simultaneously leading the LCA varsity baseball program from the 7th grade development pipeline through varsity competition.  This position operates under the LCA athletic culture framework and is responsible for upholding the program’s Kingdom Vision: developing leaders who embody Christ-like values — integrity, humility, love, and faithfulness — as armored warriors equipped to glorify God through athletics.  The successful candidate will be a covenant partner who leads with biblical conviction, possesses elite baseball knowledge, builds a brotherhood culture, communicates proactively, and develops every student-athlete — spiritually, academically, and physically. 2.
