Position Summary The head coach manages the high school baseball program. Responsibilities include organizing training sessions, game-day duties, player development, and promoting sportsmanship and academic achievement. This role plays a key part in building a positive team culture and representing the school with integrity. Key Responsibilities  Head Coach plan and lead all practices and drills. Support in organizing team strategies, game plans, and in-game adjustments. Supervise and mentor student-athletes on and off the field. Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect among players. Jarrell High School is seeking a Head Baseball Coach to lead and develop our program. The position would require building positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, and the community,  teaching the fundamentals of the game, and incorporate player development on and off the field. Head Coaching Experience Preferred Must be a Certified Texas Teacher. Composite Social Studies or History. No P.E.
