ABOUT CONQUER PADEL JACKSONVILLE Conquer Padel Jacksonville will open in March 2027 as Jacksonville’s first dedicated padel club, featuring five indoor courts, one outdoor court, approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of fitness space, premium recovery amenities, spa-style locker rooms with saunas, café, bar, lounges and a full pro shop. Our success will be defined by exceptional service, strong programming and the community we build. THE ROLE The Head Padel Professional will be the face of the padel operation and a key member of the club leadership team. This is a hands-on coaching and leadership role for someone who can develop players, lead programming, build relationships, retain members and help grow padel throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. The Head Pro will have priority for private lessons and clinics while also taking ownership of important off-court responsibilities.
