POSITION OVERVIEW The High Performance Tennis Coach & Senior Professional (HPC&SP) at MAC by the Sea (Manchester Athletic Club) is responsible for developing and supporting junior tennis players who aspire to, or are already competing at, a highly competitive level. This role requires a leadership mindset for the overall success of the club, in addition to the Junior High-Performance Program. Specific responsibilities include working alongside the Director to train and evaluate professionals, assess and integrate new students, promote and administer lessons, build and nurture relationships with players and parents, and deliver events and programming.
