Position Summary: The Racquets Pro Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pro shop and supporting all racquets programming, while also ensuring the proper maintenance and playability of clay courts. This role combines retail management, customer service, administrative coordination, and hands-on court upkeep to deliver an exceptional player experience.
