JOB SUMMARY: Lead the development, refinement, and implementation of tennis programming to maximize revenue, manage related expenses at targeted levels, and reflect the high standards of excellence that we have established for all SPORTIME programs and services. Build a cohesive, loyal, and effective team of tennis coaches/instructors. Work closely with the GM and other department heads to maximize club profitability and member satisfaction.
