Annandale-on-Hudson, NY, Bard College seeks an Assistant Men’s Volleyball Coach to join the Athletics department. The Assistant Coach reports to the Head Coach, and also to the Director of Athletics. The purpose of the position is to support the College’s Intercollegiate Program with the intention of maintaining the program within the guidelines of the NCAA Division III and additional conference affiliations. Assist with the development of recruiting plans; actively recruit and evaluate prospects; conduct recruitment visits; conduct recruitment competition evaluations; Recruit per NCAA Division III (National Collegiate Athletics Division III) and UAA (University Athletic Association) regulations; assess prospective student-athletes' skills/abilities and prepare written elevations of prospective student-athletes for Head Coach's review.
