We are currently seeking an Offensive Coordinator/Head Track coach for the 2026-2027 season. Position will be Coordinator(stipend) by title but you will have a lot of input offensively. Teaching field will be Social Studies. We have great kids at Natalia and our admin is very supportive of our coaches! We have great facilities! The Football Offensive Assistant supports the head coach and offensive coordinator by assisting with game planning, organizing practice, coaching a specific position group, and instructing players on the rules, regulations, equipment, and proper techniques of the sport. The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a Spread Offense is a plus.  Teaching Field: OPEN. Overall Wrestling Program grades 9-12. Must have a great off-season program including strength and conditioning. Highly effective classroom teacher.
