Position Overview
North Lamar is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven educator to join our athletic and academic team as an Assistant Football Coach with a second sport assignment (Best Fit). This individual will play a vital role in developing student-athletes both on and off the field, while contributing to a positive, competitive, and student-centered culture. We have 2 Football coaching positions available and will find the right fit for the right candidate. BEST FIT. Teaching field is DAEP!!
Coaching Responsibilities
Serve as an Assistant Football Coach (offense preferred)
Demonstrate mastery of position-specific fundamentals and player development
Plan, organize, and execute daily practices with attention to detail and efficiency
Build strong, positive relationships with student-athletes, coaches, and parents
