Cedar Ridge High School is seeking a highly qualified Head Softball Coach to lead and oversee all aspects of the softball program (grades 9–12). This position carries total responsibility for program development, daily operations, and the continued growth of a strong and competitive athletic culture.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the growth and development of student-athletes and is committed to fostering excellence both on and off the field. We are looking for a leader who will build on an already successful program while continuing to elevate standards of performance, character, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction for the entire softball program (9–12)
Develop and implement a comprehensive program philosophy aligned with campus and district expectations
