Vernon ISD looking for a Varsity Assistant Coach. We are seeking a Best Fit candidate. Sports we offer our female athletes include Volleyball, Cross Country, Basketball, Wrestling, Softball, Tennis, Golf and Track.

We are hiring a Middle School Boys Coach. 7th-8th grade. Teaching field Open. Sport could include Football, Wrestling, Basketball or Track. CDL Prefered.

We are looking to hire a Varsity Skill Position Coach at Vernon HS. Best fit on Offense. Teaching Field: Social Studies, Chemistry, Geometry, Elementary PE, CTE or MS Social Studies. Second Sport could include Basketball, Wrestling or Track.

Teaching fields are Social Studies 8-12 CDL required or ability to get before school begins $1,000 community service stipend through the district Full TIA district Hybrid four day a week calendar

Head CC / Girls Bskt / Track (Distance Runners) This position will likely teach 8th grade history but there is the possibility it could be History at the HS as well.   Social Studies/History Certification needed

Asst Football (preferably defense but can make offense work as well depending on experience) Asst Powerlifting Asst Track Social Social or History Certification required or ALT Program Progress

We pay up to 5% 403(b) match, and have 2 retention stipends per year. Football assistant with likely JH Basketball and Track.  Teaching field could be flexible, most likely certified core subject, with Social Studies/History being the best fit currently. CDL will need to be obtained if it is not already.
