Football Program Development
Build and sustain a competitive football program that emphasizes student development, team culture, and strategic excellence as it transitions to the Southwest Preparatory Conference (SPC) in the Fall of 2026.
Coordinate off-season conditioning and pre-season camps with TMI’s full-time Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Supervise all football coaching staff and manage team operations, budgets, and equipment.
