Robstown Early College High School is seeking a highly motivated and student-centered Assistant Coaches who also serves as a Core Subject Teacher . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong instructional practices in the classroom, leadership on and off the field, and the ability to build and manage a successful Athletic program aligned with school and district values.
Teaching Responsibilities
Teach an assigned core academic subject (e.g., Math, Science) in accordance with state standards and district curriculum.
Coaching Responsibilities
Serve as Assistant Coach, responsible for maintaining the Athletic Program
Assist in the following: Plan, organize, and lead practices, meets, and off-season activities.
Develop student-athletes’ skills while promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and academic accountability.
Ensure compliance with school, district, and state athletic regulations.
