Overton ISD (2A) is looking for a High School Girls Head Basketball coach. We are looking for a motivated, passionate, and relationship driven coach to lead and build our girls basketball program. Second sport would be volleyball(HS or JH), and third sport could be softball or track. The teaching field is currently open.

Major Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Assist the Athletic Director in coordinating the competitive sports program at the assigned high school.
2. Support all phases of the athletic program and encourage athletes to participate in every sport in which they have talent and interest.
3. Be responsible for ensuring that all rules, regulations, guidelines, and policies of TEA, UIL, and Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD are followed at his/her campus.
4. Assist the athletic department, Human Resources department, and principal in recruiting and interviewing coaching personnel and follow required district personnel procedures to fill vacancies on the coaching staff at the high school.
