Part-Time, Non-Exempt Position Description: You will serve as the Assistant Racquet Pro at Butterfield Country Club on a part­time, exclusive basis, reporting to the Director of Racquet Sports. You will be responsible for all functions as described in the attached job description, which may be amended, changed, or added to at the discretion of the Director of Racquet Sports or the General Manager.  Hourly Rate: Your hourly rate for all non-lesson Assistant Racquet Pro duties will be Twenty­ dollars ($20.00) per hour. Our Paycom App will be used for punching in and also for tracking hours worked.  Lesson Rate: For lessons taught, the rate will be discussed with the Director of Racquets and you will be paid per hour taught, consistent with the Club's lesson pool calculation.
