The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a Spread Offense is a plus.  Teaching Field: OPEN. No PE and No Health

Elgin High School is looking to hire an energetic and knowledgeable Head Softball Coach to join our team.  Second sport optional.  Three to five years of high school and/or college softball experience preferred.
