NEW MIDDLE SCHOOL Vasquez Middle School is opening in Fall 2026, looking for coaches to start a brand new program under the feeder system of Odessa High School. Sports to be coached would be football and another sport (basketball or track). Design and implement strength training and conditioning programs for all sport teams ( in-season, off-season, and pre-season). Supervise training sessions, ensuring athletes perform exercises with proper form and technique to maximize efforts and prevent injury. Conduct assessments and evaluations to track athlete progress and adjust training programs as needed. Provide basic nutritional guidelines and advice as they pertain to athletic development and recovery. Bachelor's degree and NSCA, CSCS or equivalent certification preferred 210 contract / Pay Grade AD3
