Assistant Girls Basketball/ second sport - (possibly volleyball or track)  Experience:  Some experience as a high school assistant coach, knowledge and background to develop, motivate and inspire young players for them to realize individual and team success. Strong hands-on fundamentals knowledge instructs athletes in skills, strategies necessary to achieve success and the ability to act as a role model for the athletic program and school.  Applicant should possess:   Effective coaching techniques /fundamentals and skills. Instruct and demonstrate behaviors that lead to socially acceptable character development, self-discipline, self-confidence, and pride of accomplishment in the student athlete.  Uphold the dignity, honor and integrity of the coaching profession.
