Football Program Development
Build and sustain a competitive football program that emphasizes student development, team culture, and strategic excellence as it transitions to the Southwest Preparatory Conference (SPC) in the Fall of 2026.
Coordinate off-season conditioning and pre-season camps with TMI’s full-time Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Supervise all football coaching staff and manage team operations, budgets, and equipment.
Game Day Operations
Coordinate scheduling and confirmation of game officials for all Upper and Middle School athletic events.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise scoreboard operators, announcers, and game-day staff.
