Forney HS Football is looking to add an offensive skill position coach (WRs, RBs, or TEs) to our coaching staff. We have been to the playoffs in 5 consecutive years including a state semifinal run in 2023. FISD Salary is highly competitive and can be found on the website. Stipends for football and 2nd sport are also highly competitive. 2nd sport could be track, baseball, or wrestling. Responsible for all aspects of the program, including developing training and game plans, managing assistant coaches, and ensuring student athletes are eligible and adhere to school and UIL rules . Key duties include coordinating practices and games, teaching skills and strategy, promoting sportsmanship, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and the school administration. The coach must also manage the budget and care for equipment and facilities.
