Fort Bend Christian Academy is looking for a Head Girls Soccer Coach who sees the game of soccer as an opportunity to disciple athletes off the pitch, glorify the Lord on it, love our neighbors through it, and sen d athletes out as servant leaders into the world.   This is a stipend position only at the moment, we do not have any full time teaching positions on campus at this time.  

This is a stipend-paid coaching position responsible for leading and managing the Waltrip High School Girls Volleyball Program. The position encompasses all aspects of the program, including off-season development, summer preparation, in-season competition, and post-season evaluation. The competitive volleyball season runs during the fall semester (August–November), while program development, strength and conditioning, skill instruction, recruiting support, and athlete preparation continue throughout the spring semester and summer months. Essential responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, developing individual and team skills, supervising assistant coaches, coordinating program operations, monitoring academic progress, communicating effectively with parents and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all Houston ISD, UIL, and campus policies and procedures.
