Plainview High School (in the Texas Panhandle) has just dropped from 5A to 4A. We are in a 4 team district this new realignment. Looking for assistant coaches on both sides of the football (QB or best fit; DL or DB) Varsity QB (possible pass game coordinator) - Prefer a coach with some coaching experience and at the very least, played QB at the college level. The QB coach is responsible for developing QBs from the 7th - 12th grades. If called for an interview, the expectation is to have plans in place to develop QBs at each level. Another expectation is spring QB school/clinic for all program QBs. We run a multiple spread offense out of multiple personnel groups with zone and gap scheme runs, RPOs for those runs, screens, quick game, sprint out, and drop back.
